HBK TOWING is a family orientated company established in 2016, but we have been in the Towing Industry for more than 10 years.

1. TOWING
*Accident Related Towing*
Any accident towing related situation we assist with as follow: when a client was involved in a vehicle accident we assist with the whole procedure/process and inform them with what the next steps are, we make sure of injuries and if needed contact the paramedics/ambulance closest to the accident scene, then phone the client’s family members and client’s Insurance Company for towing authorization then we tow the vehicle to that insurance’s assessment yard, insurance’s approved Auto body repair shop or the client’s choice of delivery address. This will happen after Tshwane Metro Police Department or S.A.P.D completed the accident report and the client received the AR (Accident Report) number.
*Trade Tows*
When a client’s vehicle brake down on the way to work or have a mechanical problem and the vehicle is NOT drive-able, we will tow the vehicle to the client’s choice of destination or to their insurance’s approved mechanical shop for a affordable amount, or if the vehicle is still under warranty we take it then to the approved agents for specific make of vehicle to have the vehicle repaired and drive-able.
2. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
When a client runs out of fuel, hits a pothole and damages the tyres, mag-rims and suspension, or experience any battery problems they or their insurance company contacts us for assistance (Roadside Assistance) we give an E.T.A (estimated time of arrival) and try to assist the client as quick as possible. We then deliver fuel, help change a Tyre of jump-start the vehicle. If none can get the vehicle started we then have to tow the vehicle to the closest place / shop that can repair the vehicle that is if none of our Sub-Contractors can assist with the repairs so that the client can reach their point of destination as safe as possible.
3. RECOVERY
This is when a vehicle was involved in an accident and the car over turned / totalled we will assist in getting the vehicle on its wheels again so that the vehicle can be towed. We also recover vehicles that the driver lost control of and the vehicle ended up in a ditch/hole.
